Sunflowers

Today I am grateful that my sunflowers have grown. I have never planted them before, and as I poked those little seeds in the ground, I was a bit doubtful they would really grow to be the size it said on the package. But, the miracle of life, seeds, plus water and sunshine, ...... WOW! It works!

Good Deeds

Today I am thankful that the Boy Scouts program teaches my son to do a good deed every day.  I am even more thankful that he is the kind of boy who will actually do it, like when he saw this trash can blown over in the storm and about to lose its contents all over the street.  Atta boy!
